  • I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and pressures faced by performers and creatives.

    As a former student at Italia Conti Theatre Arts School/College, combined with my professional training in Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I am able to integrate these approaches to create a tailored, holistic therapeutic space for each client. Currently working as a CBT therapist within the NHS, I am committed to bringing a variety of therapeutic modalities into the space, always guided by the individual needs and preferences of my clients.

    Having spent many years in the creative industry, both in training and professionally, I can personally relate to the excitement and challenges that come with working in the performing arts. This experience enables me to deeply understand and empathise with my clients, helping them navigate both personal and professional obstacles to unlock their full creative potential. I offer support that is both professional and attuned to the unique demands of their careers.
